While all sessions are private and confidential, I am a regulated health professional and must maintain clinical records. However, your information is never shared without your written consent—except where legally required (e.g., risk of harm or child protection).
What Should I Bring to My Counselling Sessions?
Just yourself. You may also choose to bring notes, a list of concerns, or questions you’d like to explore. If the session is virtual, ensure you’re in a quiet, private space with a good internet connection.
Do You Offer Support for Clients Who Cannot Afford Therapy?
I understand that financial barriers can impact access to care. While I do not currently offer free services, I can provide resource referrals, and in some cases, offer reduced-fee sessions based on need and availability.
